What is QHHT®?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique ℠ (QHHT®) was created by the late Dolores Cannon. QHHT® is a type of hypnosis that helps clear all types of issues in your life and learn more about yourself. Dolores Cannon began as a regular hypnotist clearing issues like smoking and weight gain until she realized she can clear more issues and go deeper into a trance state. She walked thousands of clients through past lives and speaking to their Higher Self or Soul.

What can I expect at a a QHHT session?

Your average session lasts approximately 4 hours so make sure your day is free and all important tasks are taken care of so you can be as relaxed and stress free as possible. The first 2 hours are the Interview. During the interview we discuss your life. This whole session is private and confidential so this will be a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your life’s ups and downs. This part is crucial for you to get the most out of your session so I know what to ask.

Once our interview is over it’s time for the fun part! The regression. During the regression you will lay down and relax as if you are going to take a nice, relaxing nap. I will guide you through this safe process of putting you into an hypnosis state. You may remember everything you say and see or you may not remember anything at all. Just remember to go with the flow!

Everyone goes in and out of hypnosis before you fall asleep and after you wake up so you can do it easily!

During the regression we walk through whatever your Higher Self sees is appropriate for you to see. “They” will not show you or guide you through anything that you are not supposed to see. They even know you are coming for this session and most likely guided you to me! During your session physical problems can also be addressed as well as family and self issues.

After the session is over and I guide you to be fully awake again we go over your session. I have a recorder and will record your session and will email it to you within 24 hours of your session.

What is BQH?

“BQH is a multidimensional, intuitive and energy based spiritual healing modality.

BQH does not focus on rigid scripts or exacting methods, instead it is a heart-based and intention driven approach to help your clients connect with their higher selves, guides, spirits, angels…whomever can provide the client the answers they seek. Our approach is to help provide that ‘connection’ in any way most suited to that particular client and situation.”

What should I bring to a QHHT or BQH session?

Please wear comfortable clothes, avoid makeup because you may cry and write down 15-20 questions that you want to know about. Please eat before you come or bring a snack. Come with an open mind, know your higher self is always with you and that your imagination is they way they communicate.

Some common questions are:

“What is my life purpose?”

“Why am I going through (certain situation)?”

“Where do I come from?”(specific planets)

“Which career path should I follow?”

“Why do I have a certain pain?”

“Is my loved on that past available to talk to?”

*Not ALL questions will be answered or issues cleared because it is up to your Higher Self on what is right for you at this moment but most of the times if you are asking it is ok for you to know.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

QHHT Sessions are truly up to YOU, the client. You must be open, trusting and able to let go of anything holding you back from opening up with your practitioner. Your practitioner has YOUR best interest at heart and they want you to have the most, accurate, clear and healing session possible.

The stages that this type of hypnosis takes you to is either theta or alpha. Theta is the state you are in right before you go to sleep. the state where you see the pictures that start your dreams. Alpha is the stage before that. You are awake but sleepy. You go through both stages every time you go to sleep. So you can absolutely be hypnotized.
if you have a session you can expect to go to either alpha or theta. Just keep an open mind and let it flow.

Remote session information

Remote session requirements:

Please have the ZOOM app on your phone or computer and make sure it works properly. If you have a headset with a microphone that is recommended, if not it’s ok. Make sure you are in a location that is quiet but of course interruptions do happen and they will not negatively impact your session. Plug in your device so the battery stays charged.

I will send you a link by email before our session for our meeting. It will also be recorded and sent to you within 48 hours.

What is an IQH recalibration session?

Illuminated Quantum Healing Recalibration sessions were created by Michael Garber and Ron Amit. This type of session gets right to the releasing! Energetic blocks, inner child traumas and learning about oneself spiritually are main topics here. This session is 1.5 -2 hours. There is about 10 minutes time to go over what you want a session for and then we get right to a relaxed state. In this state we find answers and release spiritual information that is needed to be released. This is a true recalibration of the soul.

What is reiki?

Reiki is like a massage for your soul. It’s a time to relax while a trained practioner holds their hands over specific areas over your body to let the life force energy flow through them to you It restores balance and aligns your chakras.

What can I expect at a reiki session?

For 30-60 minutes you will lay down on a bed or sit down in a chair, whichever you prefer. I will hold my hands over you over specific areas of the body let the reiki flow through you. I will also do a body scan for blockages. Afterward we can disciss any intuitive feelings that were felt.

What else?

Reiki, BQH , IQH Recalibration and/or QHHT® are not to be used instead of medical attention.

Is there a specific type of person that shouldn’t be hypnotized?

As per Dolores Cannon, an individual with dementia, multiple personality disorders and schizophrenia should not do a QHHT session.
a friend or loved one can have a session for you if this applies to you. These are called surrogate sessions.

children under the age of 16 are not recommended for this because they are just children. For a child, you have questions or would like a session for a child, a parent or family member can have a surrogate session for them.

Why are your prices so low/high?

There have been times that I couldn’t afford a healing session that I know I needed. I don’t want that to be the case for anyone that wants a session with me or the type of sessions I hold.

By booking a session, enrolling in a class, or purchasing a product through Eleven Intuitions or Soul Connection and Restoration, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment & Booking Policies

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our services — including readings, classes, mentorships, events, and digital or physical products — all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued once a purchase is made.
Payment at Time of Booking: Appointments, classes, and enrollments are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Unpaid reservations will not be held.
Rescheduling (Private Sessions Only): If you need to reschedule a private session, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is offered once per booking, based on practitioner availability. If rescheduling is not arranged in advance, the original session is forfeited.
Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late acknowledge that their session time may be reduced accordingly. Eleven Intuitions and Soul Connection and Restoration is not responsible for missed content, shortened sessions, or technical issues caused by lateness. Time lost due to lateness will not be made up or rescheduled.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment, class, or event without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No rescheduling or credits will be offered.
Prepaid Packages & Subscriptions: Prepaid sessions, bundles, or subscriptions (including Woo Woo Crew memberships) must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for credits or transfers.

Technology & Access (Live Sessions)

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a working device, and access to required software (e.g., Google Meet). If a live session is disrupted or cannot continue due to technical issues on the client’s side — including but not limited to internet outages, device malfunctions, software errors, or environment-related disruptions — the session will be considered completed. No reschedules or credits will be offered.
Practitioner Responsibility: If Eleven Intuitions or Soul Connection and Restoration experiences a technical issue or other disruption that prevents a live session from being delivered, the appointment can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Energetic & Spiritual Interference: Clients acknowledge that, due to the nature of spiritual work, live sessions may occasionally be impacted by factors beyond our control (such as energetic interference or spirit-led redirection). In such cases, Eleven Intuitions Soul Connection and Restoration will make every reasonable effort to complete or reschedule the session.
Group Classes & Events: Group sessions, classes, and workshops occur at scheduled times. If a client misses a group session, event, or class, it will not be rescheduled or credited.

Privacy & Confidentiality (Recordings)

Consent for Recording: No sessions will be recorded without your express permission.
Courtesy Recordings (Not Guaranteed): If a recording is provided, it is offered as a complimentary courtesy only. Eleven Intuitions Soul Connection and Restoration cannot guarantee that a recording will be successfully created, delivered, or preserved — even if client permission has been given. No reschedules or credits will be issued in relation to recordings.
Training Use (With Consent): If a client consents to recording at the time of booking, recordings may be used privately for internal student training and practitioner development. These recordings will never be shared outside of Eleven Intuitions’ Soul Connection and Restoration training environment.
Social Media & Public Use (With Signed Release): No recordings, photos, or video clips will ever be shared publicly (including but not limited to websites, advertising, or social media) without the client’s express written permission. A separate Media Release form will be required for any public or promotional use.
Confidentiality: All personal information and content shared during sessions, classes, or communications with Eleven Intuitions will remain confidential. We do not share or sell your information.

Disclaimer of Guarantees: Services and products provided by Eleven Intuitions Soul Connection and Restoration are for personal insight, development, and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, results, or outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following any reading, class, or guidance received.

Abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent claims (including but not limited to labeling services as a “scam”) will result in immediate termination of the client–practitioner relationship. Clients engaging in such behavior will be barred from future services, and no credits will be given.
Right to Refuse Service: Eleven Intuitions Soul Connection and Restoration reserves the right to decline service to anyone whose conduct is inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive.

Cancellations by Eleven Intuitions and/or Soul Connection and Restoration

Practitioner Illness/Emergency: Eleven Intuitions Soul Connection and Restoration reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control. In such cases, clients may be offered rescheduling at no additional cost.
Force Majeure: Eleven Intuitions Soul Connection and Restoration is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Legal

Governing Law: By booking, clients agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].
Dispute Resolution: Eleven Intuitions Soul Connection and Restoration reserves the right to involve legal counsel in cases of harassment, defamation, or payment disputes.
